Oil<br />1 tsp. Garlic, chopped<br />2 Onions, chopped<br />Salt, to taste<br />6 Tomatoes, diced<br />½ tsp. Raw Sugar<br /><br />1 tsp. Oregano<br />½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder<br /><br />For the Pizza Base:-<br />Oil/Butter<br /><br />For the Toppings:-<br />Pizza Sauce<br /><br />Mozzarella Cheese<br />Corn<br />Green Capsicum<br />Black Olives<br /><br />For Garnish:-<br />Mixed Herbs<br />Black Pepper Powder<br />Basil Leaves<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- In a pan heat oil and add the rest of the pizza sauce ingredients and cook.<br />- Let it cool down to room temperature and grind in a mixer/grinder to a fine paste.<br />- Cook the paste again the same pan by adding oregano and red chilli powder.<br />- Toast a bread slice on a pan using butter.<br />- Assemble the pizza with pizza sauce and toppings as shown in the video.<br />- Cook the pizza in the same pan on low flame and covered with a lid. Alternatively, you can bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6-7 minutes.<br />- Garnish with mixed herbs, black pepper powder and basil leaves.<br /><br />Bread Pizza is ready to eat!<br />
